Project Description: 

The work will include, but not be limited to Seismic improvements to a one-story plus attic URM building. The project generally includes selective demolition, structural steel, structural anchoring and strapping, and repair of finishes such as carpet, tile, resilient flooring, maintenance of plaster, gypsum wall board assemblies, acoustic ceiling panel assemblies, and paint.
