Project Description:
The general scope of improvements includes select interior demolition, addition of stud furring walls, structural steel framing, braced frame anchoring, truss anchoring, modifications to non-structural interior walls, all new flooring, all new drop ceiling, select lighting replacement, new interior paint throughout, moving/storage/protection of existing furnishings, misc. electrical/mechanical as required to perform the work, and other project scope as outlined in the bid documents. The Senior Center will be closed throughout the duration of the project.
