Project Description: 

Project generally consists of development of a private garden to support educational needs of the Evergreen Transition Program including construction of a 1,594 square foot covered pavilion and storage structure, a 578 square foot premanufactured greenhouse, and synthetic turf exercise area, parking area, pathways, and site furnishings. The project also includes Right of Way improvements for public sidewalks, driveway reconfigurations, and utility connections.
