Demolition of existing 33,500 SF metal warehouse and office building.  Construct 1-story 29,580 SF operations and maintenance facility; a 1-story 1,695 SF vehicle wash station; and a 1-story 5,100 SF covered vehicle storage building.  All buildings are structural steel frame and concrete tilt construction, fully sprinkled buildings.
