Project Description:
Substantial alteration of existing concrete frame and masonry infill building originally constructed in 1925 functioning as office building. Scope to include envelope upgrades including insulation at roof and exterior walls, storefront, curtain wall and window replacement, installation of structural brace frames and masonry strongback elements, mechanical system, electrical system, plumbing system replacement, elevator modernization, repair to existing materials, accessibility improvements and tenant improvement of office space.
