Includes the northernmost .5 acres of the larger Si View Park.  The scope of work includes selective demolition, and construction of a new maintenance building, complete with stormwater improvements, and a pedestrian trail extension.  The work shall include site preparation; TESC; demolition; clearing and grubbing; export of unsuitable soils; import of select fill material; specialty building construction and all associated MEP components; concrete and asphalt paving; striping; storm drainage facilities; final grading; irrigation improvements; landscape plantings; and all other items shown on the bid documents.
