Project Description: 

Work to be performed includes: The City of Bonney Lake is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the tenant improvements of the Bonney Lake Senior Center, including a power service upgrade from the existing single phase to three phase and heating and ventilation improvements to kitchen and offices, replacement of exterior windows, remodeling of existing bathrooms, and deck replacement. The also project relocates an onsite generator. If funding allows, the project will include interior and exterior painting and replacement of exterior trim boards.
