Project Description: 

The project focuses on the replacement of the existing boiler and chiller system with a water to air heat pump system. In the completion of this work, the replacement of piping fittings, pumps, and floor transfer boxes will also require evaluation and replacement. In addition, this project will also replace the domestic hot water heating system of the building as an add alternate.
