Project Description: 

The project consists of reroofing and related building envelope improvements at Seattle City Hall, including green roof replacement, waterproofing, roof drainage repairs, curtain wall window panels replacement, installation of fall protection and bird deterrent systems, and associated maintenance improvements necessary to restore and extend the service life of the facility.  This Project is a Covered Project subject to the City of Seattle’s Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and Priority Hire SMC 20.37.
