Project Description: 

The Project consists of providing access control at various door openings, exterior and interior, throughout the North Seattle College campus. Base Bid work includes a total of 67 openings at buildings Arts and Sciences, Child Care Center, College Center, Health Sciences Student Resource, Instruction Building, Library, Wellness Center, and Education Building. Work includes modifications and replacement of selective door hardware, including door and frame preparation, and related work necessary for a complete installation. Integrate new access control with North Seattle College’s existing Avigilon video surveillance system to the extent indicated.

1. If Alternate No. 1 is accepted by the Owner, Project scope will be amended to include access control at College Center openings CC1254A, CC1254B, CC1353, and CC2155; Health Sciences Student Resource opening HS1540A; Library openings LB2102 and LB2201; Wellness Center opening PE0833B; and Education Building opening ED2842. Work includes modifications and replacement of selective door hardware, including door and frame preparation, and related work necessary for a complete installation.
2. If Alternate No. 2 is accepted by the Owner, Project scope will be amended to include access control at College Center openings CC1254, CC1259A, CC1342B, CC1342D, CC1361B, CC1448, and CC2347B. Work includes modifications and replacement of selective door hardware, including door and frame preparation, and related work necessary for a complete installation.
