Project Description:
Work includes, but is not limited to:

Selective demolition and preparation of the existing interior for renovation.

Construction of new and reconfigured interior spaces, partitions, ceilings, and finishes.

Construction of restrooms and associated accessibility improvements.

Modifications to structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, low-voltage, and life-safety systems as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Installation of interior finishes, fixed furnishings, casework, equipment, signage, and building systems as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Coordination of Owner-furnished items, library shelving, furniture, technology, and other work identified in the Contract Documents.

All testing, inspections, permits, closeout documentation, and other services necessary to provide a complete and operational facility in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
