Project Description:
Demolition of the existing standing-seam metal roofing system of Cottage #05 and replacement with a new roofing system, which includes new rigid insulation, roofing underlayment, standing-seam metal roofing, snow guards, metal flashing, gutters and downspouts, as well as replacement of the fall protection system and exterior windows due to a code-required increase in the rigid insulation thickness.
