Project Description: 

The Project generally consists of the following scopes of work all in the Cascade Building.

1. Improvements to an existing door/relite on level 2 to provide a service counter and sliding window.
2. Replacement of a horizontal coiling fire door on level 4 with overhead fire curtains.
3. Interior renovations on level 5, including new gender inclusive restrooms, new corridor finishes including lighting and flooring.
4. Replacement of (2) roof top mechanical units and replacement of (1) roof top chiller.
5. Scope includes MEP work to support all items noted above.
6. Scope includes misc. demo and abatement as required and noted in the documents to support all items noted above.

Estimated Value:        

$1,500,000 to $1,700,000
