Project Description: 

Scope of work is indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. It includes a re-roof project of approximately 22,000 sf and installing Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (12) twelve new roof top units on D Building of Bellevue College.

Work consists of:
1. The demolition of the existing roof assembly and installation of a new roof assembly of modified bitumen membrane.
2. New mechanical curbs for roof top equipment, roof drains, and roof scuppers.
3. Electrical work to support new equipment and to tie into existing fire alarm.
4. Interior replacing of acoustical tile under mechanical equipment as necessary.
5. Contractor to immediately coordinate delivery of new Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed roof top units and equipment per mechanical and electrical documents.
