Project Description:
Construction of the New Lake Stevens Historical Museum, an 8,643 SF, three-story facility, located at 12404 Mill Spur Road. The project includes wood and steel framing, 1-hour rated structural elements, and is targeting LEED Silver certification. Bidder-designed systems include fire suppression, solar generation, and steel stairs.
