Project Description:
The Work includes, but is not limited to:
· Replace four existing air handlers with new. Provide new ductwork and hydronic piping to accommodate installation.
· Provide new heating and chilled water coil connections to six air handlers.
· Refurbish two existing air handlers.
· Provide new controls for six air handlers.
· Remove stage ductwork and piping and provide new to allocate space for new stage rigging line sets.
· Replace cooling unit in dimming control room with new.
· Provide mechanical cooling to theater control booth.
· Replace existing theater lighting and control system within the PAC with new, which includes, but is not limited to, the new diming racks, lighting inverters, control panels, and control stations. Replace existing wiring and provide new wiring, integration, and programming for new controls.
· Integrate fire alarm into theater control system to override lighting levels during a fire alarm event.
· Replace existing theater speaker arrays in place with new speaker arrays.
· Provide electrical/fire alarm work to support HVAC upgrade.
· Provide new stage rigging line sets.
· Architectural and structural work to support mechanical, electrical and theater scope.
