Project Description: 

The base bid for this project includes tenant improvements to the existing Seattle City Light offices on floors 28, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36, in the Seattle Municipal Tower. The work includes the full remodel of floor 28, approximately 20,000 SF of space and minor tenant improvements on floors 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36. The interior tenant improvement includes demolition of some existing partitions, doors, finishes, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression system elements, and includes new partitions, doors, hardware, glazing, flooring, casework, finishes, lighting controls, ceiling revisions and new portions of ceilings, fixtures, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, fire alarm work as well as coordination with owner vendor for security, data, and furniture systems. Work also includes relocation of some existing mechanical system elements.
