The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Lake Stevens Civic Campus and all related work, all in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Project Manual, and Addenda (if any). Specific work includes, but is not limited to, interior tenant improvements and sitework improvements.
