Project Description: 

Construction of a new roof structure to cover outdoor play space. Construction is anticipated during summer break, 2026, when school is not in session. The proposed project consists of an unenclosed mass timber roof structure supported by steel columns encased in concrete over an existing asphalt-paved play area. Amenities include new basketball hoops and new painted striping for a variety of play activities. Bid documents include alternates.
