Project Description:
The Work includes, but is not limited to: Renovation of an existing 1-story approximately 3,000 square foot tenant space including interior partitions, flooring and ceiling finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler system upgrades.
Additive Alternate 1: Demolish existing electrical panels and install new electrical panels
Base Bid: Existing electrical panels to remain
Alternate Bid: Demo existing electrical panels and install two (2) electrical panels in Room 111 (Utility) to serve the west portion of the first floor and two (2) electrical panels in the Solid Ground Conference Room to serve the east portion of the first floor. Specified in specification Section 260500 “Common Work Results for Electrical”, Section 260505 “Selective Demolition for Electrical”, and Section 260519 “Low-Voltage Electrical Power Conductors and Cables”.
