Replacement project for new 2-story Ferndale City Hall including demolition of existing structure and ground improvements. Approximately 19,000 square foot wood framed structure over concrete parking garage comprising of courts/council assembly, probation department, public works department, and planning/building department, creating new civic campus between existing Ferndale Library and existing City Hall Building.
