Project Description:
Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes: the removal of existing HVAC equipment at five resident cottages at Fircrest School and replacement with new VRF system with DOAS. Scope also includes removal of existing water heating and replacement with new. Work includes ductwork, piping, electrical, controls, roofing, and general construction.
