Project Description:   Construct 1,677 square foot addition to the existing Ketron Cottage. New work to include a new seclusion suite with a seclusion restroom, expanded dayroom, new conference room and staff offices. The existing nurse station, staff break room and medication room will be updated and renovated. The existing Ketron Cottage common areas to receive new flooring and paint.
