Project Description: 

Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes renovations on the first and second floor of C-Building, consisting of two parts, each permitted separately:

Part A: Student Union Renovation. Scope includes but is not limited to demolition of existing floor and ceiling finishes, partitions, lighting, and mechanical / electrical components. New work includes painting, wall and ceiling finishes, GWB partitions, doors, hardware, and frames, interior storefront systems, lighting, and misc. mechanical / electrical systems

Part B: Kitchen and Servery. Scope includes but is not limited to demolition of existing ceiling systems, lighting, rooftop HVAC units and other mechanical / electrical components. New work includes painting, ceiling systems, lighting, exhaust hoods, rooftop units, and misc. mechanical / electrical systems to accommodate future food service equipment.
