Project Description: 

Work Summary: The project consists of the demolition and replacement of approximately 166,485 sf. of roofing at the existing Arlington High School. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope:
1. Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing, including sheathing and rigid insulation.
2. Replacement of single-ply membrane roofing.
3. Demolition and replacement of gutters.
4. Modifications to existing downspouts and the addition of one new downspout, including connection to existing tight line below grade and related concrete cutting and patching.
5. Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work.
6. Painting of roof hatches and miscellaneous rooftop equipment.
